A true barbecue requires grilled corn on the cob.
Number of servings: 6 Ingredients
6 pieces of fresh corn on the cob
0.5 dl olive oil
black pepper from the mill
1 grated garlic
1 mild red chilli
butter for serving
It’s also good to grill corn in its own blast. Then it is good to soak them before so that no foliage begins to burn on the grill. It takes a little longer to grill only.
1. Strip the foliage from the corn and drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper. Grate the garlic, mince the chile peppers and rub over the corn.
2. Grill the corn on the cob so that they will get a dark roasted color.
3. Serve with a dollop of butter.
Grilled corn on the cob is well edible in Hokkaido. Corn is grilled of in Hokkaido without adding anything first. And it is painted the surface with soy sauce last, and it is grilled. The soy sauce is easy to burn.
