An admonition to oneself

The English picture book,Sandwich swap which Queen Rania of Jordan wrote becomes the topic. It got the first place of a picture book section for children in a list of best sellers of the New York Times on  May.

Two close girls bring sandwiches of the Middle East and sandwiches of the peanut butter each. They notice that there is different culture in the world. The story seems to be based on experience of the childhood of Queen Rania of Jordan.

All those sales are used to promote a repair plan of 500 public school buildings of Jordan which Queen Rania founded.

We must admonish ourselves.

We must respect other cultures.

We must not despise other cultures.
