Japanese must love this grill, too. But herb may not be used in the general Japanese family. Lemongrass is used for tom yum kung in Southeastern Asian Thailand. And it has very high popularity as the herb tea, too.

Grilled shrimp with garlic bread

Servings: 6 Ingredients
500g fresh shrimp in shell
2pc lemongrass
2 pc garlic cloves
2 Each lime, juice and rind
1 pc mild red chilli
1 tbsp Japanese soy
1 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
0.5 tbsp sesame oil
1 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic bread
0.5 Each country bread (preferably day-old)
olive oil
flake salt
2 pc garlic cloves

Do this
1.Light the grill.

2. Banka and finely chop the lemon grass finely, grate the garlic, lime zest and chili slice thinly. Squeeze the juice out of limes.

3. Mix shrimp with all ingredients and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.

4. Grill the shrimp a few minutes on each side.

5. Garlic bread: slice the bread and rub the bread in olive oil on both sides, and salt.

6. Roast them so that they get that color.

7. Peel the garlic cloves and split them, scrape / scratch the gaps in the slices of bread.
